Lily Tu, our co-founder graduated from UTS with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. She has accomplished an impressive portfolio of projects throughout Sydney and Australia after more than a decade practicing Architecture Designs. Lily possessed extensive knowledge for various sizes and types of projects from high-end residentials to complicated commercial developments. During the past ten years, Lily has developed her skill sets and experience through both private practices and large corporate environments, in which she demonstrated her ability to navigate complex design challenges with ease. Her valuable contribution to the team includes her ability to initiate concepts, design documentation, development applications and construction administration. Her meticulous approach and attention to detail ensure the successful realization of each project under her purview.

Dang Nguyen joined Bato Studio in 2018 as a design team member while pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Architecture at UAH. Despite his young age, Dang has proved his exceptional 3D design skills through various event design projects. His profound understanding of design principles, styling techniques, and current aesthetic trends allows him to consistently produce unique and visually striking outcomes. Dang's renderings are renowned for their accuracy and photorealism, serving as a testament to his talent and attention to detail. Despite his quiet demeanor, his work presented his resilience and talent, showcasing his unwavering commitment to excellence. Dang approaches each project with remarkable speed, passion, and unbreakable patience, enabling him to easily solve complex design challenges.
