Ready to elevate the sense of modern living? At Wedd Street, Spring Hill, the 2024 Spring Hill Residence showcases Bato Studio’s collaboration with DesigningInteriors, creating a home where elegance, functionality, and thoughtful design converge seamlessly.

In this project, our design focused on simplicity and elegance, using a palette of light colors and natural materials to enhance the spaciousness of each area. The kitchen, pantry, and ensuite were carefully crafted to meet the client’s desire for modern yet comfortable living. The design philosophy incorporated both Bato Studio and DesigningInteriors ‘s commitment to delivering modern and functional spaces.

The kitchen is an open and inviting area, designed with two main zones: the Kitchen and the Island Kitchen. This division not only offers convenience and ample workspace but also creates a clean, modern aesthetic. The light-colored stone surfaces for countertops and cabinetry reflect natural light, adding brightness and a sense of openness to the space. The pantry is integrated seamlessly into the design, maximizing both storage and functionality without compromising the overall minimalist style.

The Wine Cellar stands out as a spacious and sophisticated feature of the residence. Larger than typical wine cellars, it offers ample space for the client’s collection while maintaining a streamlined design with metal accents that complement the modern feel of the home.

The Ensuite is a masterpiece in itself, designed to offer both luxury and practicality. The uniquely shaped bathtub provides an elegant focal point, softening the room’s atmosphere and adding a touch of sophistication. The double shower layout not only enhances the functionality of the space but also makes it feel more spacious and modern, perfect for the client’s lifestyle. Separating the toilet area ensures privacy and maximizes the usability of the ensuite, keeping the design clean and refined.

The use of materials was a key consideration in this design. The light-colored stone surfaces create a sense of openness, while the warm, natural tones of Polytec Woodmatt with its subtle wood grain add a layer of comfort and richness. The sleek, modern touches of metal accents in the recessed handles and kitchen appliances offer a touch of luxury without detracting from the overall aesthetic.
